Shipping policy
KyJa Rae uses real time shipping which is determined by the weight and destination of your package.
Please be assured that your items will ship out within 1-2 business days from the purchase date as long as the item(s) are currently in stock.
Note that holidays and weekends are NOT included in processing or shipping times.
If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
- Credit Cart authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
- If you require express shipping please be aware that this will be an additional cost to you, and that it will be express mailed, but does not mean that the order will be processed immediately.
- Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
- Once your package leaves our facility we cannot intercept a package, expedite transit times, change shipping methods, or locate your package beyond the carriers tracking information.
- We are NOT responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit or marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
KyJa Rae cannot be held responsible for packages returned to sender (KyJa Rae), marked by the carrier as "delivered", or sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
Please double check that your address CAN be delivered to and that the information you enter is correct.
While items are inspected before they leave our facility, KyJa Rae is NOT responsible for orders that arrive damaged by the shipping carrier.
Please remember that delivery time does not include Holidays. KyJa Rae will contact you with a follow up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.
