Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and hope you love them as much as we do! We understand that everything may not work out for you and are here to help. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Item must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery to customer.

If an item is sent back after 14 days, it will not be accepted.

Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and unwashed with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, email instructions will be sent with returns address. Customer is responsible to send item(s) back to us via carrier of their choice. Please make sure your return request is approved prior to shipping the item(s) back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages that are being returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. 

No exceptions outside of our return policy will be made.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Contact us at kyjaraeboutique@gmail.com

We are not responsible for merchandise damages after the item has been worn, washed, or altered. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  1. All on sale/sale items are FINAL SALE with no exceptions. This also includes site wide dales over 25% or marked final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
  2. Jewelry, hats, scarves, handbags, gift cards and all other accessories are final sale or deemed final sale for sanitary safety. 
  3. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are deemed final sale. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Original shipping is non refundable if paid.
